Payment and delivery within Saudi Arabia
The clients make their payments within Saudi Arabia upon the receipt of the delivery order (pay at the time of delivery). The order is delivered to the client through a company specialized in shipments delivery. The delivery service company covers all major cities in Saudi Arabia, as well as the western region and remote areas. The maximum delivery time is one week within major cities if the product is available upon request. Delivery within the far region and remote cities occur on specific days.
Important information regarding delivery within Saudi Arabia:
To ensure smooth delivery you must provide us a clear delivery address. The delivery address must contain building, villa or flat number, street name, town, city, landmark note, postal code, and must contain a valid telephone number and the full contact name(s) according to the form provided.
Before placing an order, you are kindly requested to check the product description carefully and you must agree to be bound by the conditions of sales included in “My shopping cart” and “Product information, stock, and pricing” terms.
Your orders are shipped through “Home Delivery” by our courier partner every day except Fridays & holidays, delivered within a maximum of 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery is normally door-to-door, but there may be some instances where it is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.
If the order is less than 200 SAR, a fee of SAR 25 will be charged for delivery
If more than 200 Saudi Riyals the customer is exempted from delivery fees during campaign time
shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the period of the shipment depends on the international procedures of each country, you can track your shipment via the shipment number sent to you via text message or email.
Some taxes may be levied for international shipments paid by the customer and we will not take any responsibility if the shipment is damaged or returned from the Customs.
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.
In case of cash on delivery requests, if the customer repeated cancellation requests or non-receipt of the order from the delivery company without any reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the option of cash on delivery to this customer.
If you receive a wrong product or a product received by you is damaged or defective, you may return the products to us You can return the product with no additional refund fees.
or if you simply wish to return your product for any reason, the customer must pay a fee 25 SAR
All products must be returned to us, unused and with all IBRAHIM ALQURASHI tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice, within 7 days of receipt by you. We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened.

Ibrahim Al Qurashi policy allows you to return the product within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition, we hope you will review the page of the return policy.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
You can exchange your product(s) within 7 (seven) days of receipt of your order, subject to stock availability. All products must be returned to us, unused and with all IBRAHIM ALQURASHI tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in good condition and in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
Except for products with a manufacturer defect where replacement and return are made even if opened.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s) - of the same value or lower value, in which case any excess will be refunded to you; Or higher value, in which case you will have to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange plus the delivery fees 25 SAR.
